Villa hosts in Bali rely on booking platforms that take a fee on every stay and keep the guest relationship. Balimmo gives each host their own booking site, with one booking engine and a choice of templates. Trust: a guest paying a small host directly needs the same certainty as on a big platform: the right price, a clear reference and a confirmation they can believe. Price: nightly prices change by date, so a "from" price on a card is never the final amount. Phone first: most guests plan on a phone, where a long villa page, a calendar and a payment step have to fit one hand. How might we make booking direct feel as safe as a big platform, while every host keeps their own look?

A calm, editorial site in the host's name: villas shown as numbered rows, a calendar that shows free nights and their prices, a price checked against the calendar before Reserve, and every summary drawn as one dark "ticket" that carries the stay, the total and the reference through payment and confirmation.

A new product with no customers yet has to explain an unfamiliar habit to founders who have already seen plenty of AI writing tools: send a voice note, get posts back. Unfamiliar idea: "voice note in, posts out" is hard to picture from a headline alone. Sceptical audience: founders have tried AI tools that sound generic, so big claims backfire. One-person team: the copy will change every week during the pilot, and fixing a sentence should not need a deploy. How might we let a founder see, in under a minute, what their week with Ngejawantah looks like, and believe it?

A landing page that lets the product speak for itself: an animated demo of the weekly flow, an honest comparison and a clear pilot offer, built on a CMS so the words can keep up with what the pilot teaches.

Founders send a voice note in chat and get drafts for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. Chat is good for telling a story, not for seeing a week of posts, checking where a line came from or changing a scheduled post. Trust: an assistant writing in the founder’s name must never post or change words behind their back. State: a draft can be writing, ready, scheduled, locked, on hold, corrected, published or failed, and each needs a clear next step. Time: the founder gives a few minutes a week; the dashboard must not become another job. How might we give founders full control over posts in their name, in a few minutes a week?

In automotive manufacturing warehouses, accuracy is money. The old system separated physical operators from ERP admins, and the time gap between moving goods and entering data created a blind spot where the stock in the system did not match reality. Ghost inventory: the PPC team planned production on stock that had already run out but was not yet recorded as issued. Double handling: the work was done twice, once moving the goods and once retyping the data from paper into the office computer. High error rate: manual input was prone to typos in part codes, causing discrepancies during stock audits. How might we empower field operators to become independent admins, without burdening them with a complex UI amid busy warehouse work?
